What is Patagonia Worn Wear?
Worn Wear is our hub for keeping gear in action. We sell used Patagonia clothing and gear that has been traded in by our customers, professionally cleaned, and repaired to ensure it meets our quality standards.
What condition is the gear in?
Every item is inspected and graded. 'Excellent' items show no visible wear, 'Great' items have light wear, and 'Good' items may have visible repairs or minor cosmetic marks, but all are fully functional.
How do I trade in my used gear?
You can trade in your used Patagonia gear at any Patagonia retail store or via mail. In exchange, you will receive a Worn Wear credit that can be used online at WornWear.com, Patagonia.com, or in-store.
What is your return policy for used items?
We offer a 30-day return window for Worn Wear purchases. Items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Please note that a return shipping fee may apply.
Does the Ironclad Guarantee apply to Worn Wear?
Yes. Every piece of Patagonia gear, whether new or used, is backed by our Ironclad Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if it requires repair, we are here to help.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Because we are giving existing gear a second life, we use eco-friendly packaging and consolidated shipping methods whenever possible.
